I've always liked to eat stir fry but was never sure I could cook it right. My sister is a great cook and while visiting her she taught me how to stir-fry...It is a fun, inexpensive way to have some great meals without going out to a restaurant. I cook on Cuisinart at home and the hard-anodized surface is so great to use. No extra oils or butter or fats are needed and clean-up afterwards is a breeze. I was very glad to finally start cooking in this Cuisinart Stir-Fry pan. Because I can use lower temperatures I never burn the food either.
