Loud and Leaked,

We bought this coffee maker a year ago. The automatic grind feature startled me at first, since we set the program to go off in the morning, before we woke up. It was so loud, that it always woke me up and served as my alarm for the longest time until I finally got used to it. It also recently started leaking, although we have always made sure it was clean and ready for each brew. Additionally, it takes a lot of maintenance to ensure the grinder parts are always cleaned and dry prior to putting beans in it. It just takes too much maintenance for this machine and this family. We bought a new coffee maker and plan to grind the beans ourselves. Much less work and noise.
