I am truly impressed with the sturdy construction as I expected something flimsier. Assembly was astonishingly easy and didn't require instructions. I even figured what the hooks were for and where to place them without instructions.
If you own the Cuisinart gas grill you certainly can't go wrong with this for home use. It can even be folded back to original size for transport to a picknick or tailgate party. It sits low but when you place the gas grill on the stand it reaches the perfect height.
This is another buy from Amazon that I am truly glad I made!
When you first get it standing up, my first impression was "Oh Noes! it's too low down!" But don't panic. Once the grill is on it, it's the perfect height.
I do have a couple suggestions for improvement and that would be a front panel to help conceal the LP tank. I might actually make one some day. It doesn't need to go the whole height, maybe 70-80% of the way. It would look sharp and still give access to the tank. If it was hinged that would be even better. So you could maybe store some stuff back there too.
The other suggestion would be to move the hooks up because the accessories dangling from it are nearly on the floor.
I wasn't disappointed; in fact I couldn't be more pleased with the design of this stand. Leave it to Cuisinart to market a folding stand for a portable grill. It is sturdy and folds up easily. I really like the cutout on the bottom of the stand that accommodates and holds in place, a 20 pound tank. This is invaluable for large gatherings or for using the grill as your primary unit. I can't wait for warmer weather to be able to use this grilling 'system'. If you have the Cuisinart grill, this is a 'must buy'!

The stand held up ok, but one of the clips that held the grill on to the stand broke off. After that, it was hard to keep the grill centered on the stand.Published 2 months ago by Ina Clanton
