This pan is just right for roasting and/or grilling veggies and potatoes. The handle comes off easily, which is handy when you want to close the lid on your grill.
With the handle on it feels a bit wobbly, but it stays on and so far I have had good results. Spraying the pan with PAM just before use is definately a good idea for nice browning results and easier clean-ups.

I have owned several of these grill baskets/woks, and this one is the best. I always liked doing shish-kabob type meals on the grill, but the problem with different foods taking different times to grill was a big problem. The mushrooms were never done and the tomatoes were falling off the skewer. This grill wok solves that problem completely.

I can stage the entry of veggies/meats into the grill wok according to the time it takes them to cook. Things like mushrooms and garlic cloves go in first. Squash, onion, peppers come next. Cherry tomatoes go in last, just enough to warm them a bit. A little spray oil, seasoning and experience and your grilled veggie dishes come out healthy and absolutely delicious. I've done quick-grill seafood medleys in this successfully, too (shrimp, scallops, calamari). Getting the grill really hot seems to be the key to getting a slight char while not overcooking.

I've owned several grill baskets and this one is much better than any other I've tried, so much so I've thrown those out and am now buying another one of these. The ability to detach the handle and securely re-attach it quickly is the feature that sets this one apart. I like to be able to close the grill's lid to retain heat since I usually cook meats on the top rack. Fold-away handles on other designs I've tried are not secure enough to use the saute` action I find essential to keeping the contents moving adequately over a hot grill, and small side-handles on others I've tried are even less useful. I just open the grill every minute or two, attach the handle, and toss the contents, adding seasoning or more ingredients as needed. Works like a charm!

The round shape is perfect - no corners for food to get stuck in. Stainless steel is nice, too. This thing gets "seasoned" like an iron skillet after a few uses. I leave mine on the hot grill when done and it pretty much takes care of itself.

You can overfill these things, which makes if very difficult to move the contents around freely, so you may want two if you find yourself grilling for more than a few folks at a time - and you have enough area on your grill.

I purchased the CW-128 8-inch Stainless Steel Grilling Wok because I wanted an 8 inch grill wok. One other reviewer mentioned the size at 12 inch. Mine is as well. The packaging has the correct part no, but the wok is way bigger than 8 inches! Was there a problem in description of the item and all are 12 inch? Or did I just get the wrong part and other people did get an 8 inch wok?

It does appear to be a quality product. The handle was labeled "iffy" by one of my work mates. It does take a little practice to get a good connection.

<addendum> I have contacted Fulham Group and the response was "I am embarrassed to say that the 8 inches was a mistake. They are all in fact 12" in diameter. I will have this changed on Amazon. I am sorry that you were given the wrong information."

This is a fantastic grill wok - there's no doubt about it - but the description says that it is 8 inches in diameter and it is not. It is a full 12 inches in diameter, and even larger with the handle on of course. Had trouble fitting this on my grill, which is a decent size - or so I thought until this was on it!

We purchased this 8" SS Wok with it's detachable handle and have used it twice. It's been the greatest help thoroughly cooking vegies on the grill without having them burn or having them just barely cooked, which always happened when using wooden skewers. The detachable handle works fine; has never detached unexpectedly.
The wok cleans in the dishwasher, although I would prefer it to be hand washed to keep it's lustre.
We do spray the vegies with PAM to prevent sticking and I do cook the vegies in order of their "density" so all are cooked to perfection by the time they are ready to serve. The second time we added quartered sea scallops and spices to the wok at the last 3 minutes and it was just absolutely delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wok. Enjoy!!

This wok works great. I was worried food would fall into the holes but I didn't have a problem at all. I used pam, and none of the food fell in. The handle was sturdy. It has a lock that holds on very tight, I carried it from the barbecue to the kitchen and didn't ever worry about it giving out, and its great you can take it off to close the lid.

I received this grilling wok today and was ready to put it to the test. It's too bad that the handle design was so poorly manufactured that the handles would not stay on the wok. With absolutely nothing in the wok, when you picked it up after attaching the handles, the basket fell off. Not what I would expect from Cuisinart at all. It's really too bad as the design and the idea is fantastic. I am returning it tomorrow and for now I will keep looking.

I like this wok......it is the right size, not taking too much space on my grill the removable handle allow me to close the lid without any problem and it also make easier for storage after use. You might think this wok is flimsy with all thesr holes but actually the stainless steel body is pretty solid compare to other cheap grilling woks that I had before.

I enjoy to use a grill wok becuase it is easy to cook vegetables, shrimps and other small foods....just put them all into the wok and not to worry that they will fall through the grill grate any more.

This product is NOT 8 inches! This is a 12-inch wok. The reason I ordered it was because our grill is not large enough to fit a big wok AND cook other food at the same time. We usually like to grill some mushrooms and onions and don't need anything big for that. We are tired of wrapping it in aluminum foil. I am so disappointed in Amazon. This is the second time in 6 months that I've ordered something with an incorrect description and had to return it or go through a long process to get the issue fixed. I totally regret signing up for Prime!
