I, too, had this coffee maker at a resort in Key Largo, and loved it. I ordered same one and really really love it. Coffee tastes great; machine works quickly; takes most any pod.

learning the ropes
We are still having problems getting a stronge cup off coffee and a full cup.I known it is the coffee that makes the it stronge,but the full cup and not spilling is the maker.Hopefully we will get it right but at times I find us going back to the push type coffee maker.

I first saw this product in a hotel. I was so impressed with it that I found it to buy for my own kitchen. It makes a great cup of coffee and it's quick and simple. The coffee is really hot and tastes great!
