The Cuisinart coffee maker is a wonderful product, and it makes a delicious cup of coffee. We make it stronger than most people, so as to get a fuller-bodied flavor. We find that exchanging these charcoal coffee filters, which come recommended with the coffee maker, about every 2-3 months, improves the taste of our coffee, and keeps it from having a "greasy" coating. I always worry about buying little things like this on line for fear it is the wrong size for my Cuisinart coffee maker and is barely worth returning but it was the real deal and was the right size.
