Fine Shredding Disk Excellent for Latkes
This is the second time we have ordered this disk. We use ours all the time for making latkes. This disk was ordered for my mother-in-law.

Info Needed
I purchased thinking it would work with my Cuisinart food processor. It didn't. Cuisinart - for reasons unfathamable - has different sizes of cutters. Their shapes are the same. The difference is one is slightly smaller than the other. Until you try to attach the blade to the stem you wouldn't know they will not fit. Better info could have saved me both...
