Fit My Old Cuisinart!
Purchased this blade to replace a broken one on an old cuisinart. Fits, and works, just fine. Was about $10 dollars cheaper than buying it direct from Cuisinart.

disappointed in blade
I have had my cuisinart for years. A food processor is invaluable in my kitchen. This one performed beautifully until about 6 months ago. I always thought it would be the bowl that would break as it is made of plastic. But it was the blade. Ordered a new one. Used it for 5 months and it broke again. The metal cracks down where it is attached to the plastic shaft. Whoever...

The two blades I have replaced in 5 months cost over that.

I had lost the blade to my food processor years ago, most likely having it fall off the counter into the garbage and not being noticed, but for some reason, the packrat in me saved the rest of the unit. Well, I finally decided to check on the availability of the blade and was very pleasantly surprised to find it on Amazon, and cheaper than even through the Cuisinart site. I received the blade promptly after ordering and used it within days of delivery, and I must say that I had forgotten how much I missed having my food processor! I've used it for several different dishes now and each has turned out perfectly! If you need to replace your blade, I highly recommend this product!!!
