They're bowls so there is not much to say, but the quality for the price is a great value. I also like how deep the bowls are (I no longer make a mess when mixing).

The second largest bowl developed a 1-2 cm crack along the rim after a week of use. These bowls are paper thin and obviously defective. Unfortunately the item only had three 4-5 star reviews when I ordered them on Amazon. Since then other people have had the same problem.

same problem as other reviewer, but sooner - 3 quart bowl cracked after one week and first use. bowls are thin stainless steel and look/feel much cheaper than in the pictures. have an all clad 5 quart bowl that is solid and beautiful and will last a life time. will be ordering the full all clad set as a replacement. expensive yes, but you get what you pay for.

I thought these bowls were great at first - thin, but durable stainless steel, right? But I was wrong - within two months of very little use, the 3 quart bowl has developed a huge crack, at least two inches long that begins at the rim and runs toward the center of the bowl. I don't think it arrived that way, though it's possible. Either way - with a durable product this should not have happened. Very disappointed in Cusinart.

These are great mixing bowls, of excellent quality, and deep enough for our purposes.

Pros:
1. Bowls are high-walled, suitable for using with mixer without worry of splatter
2. The design is polished & good

Cons:
1. The walls are actually medium-thickness; in my case, the 3L bowl developed a crack on the rim after about 6 months of periodic use; the crack worsened and I had to throw it away; a set of mixing bowls from another company (Libertyware) proved to be heavier with thicker walls; I believe it has to do with the design of the bowls; the Cuisinart bowls have a straight-up lip, whereas the Libertyware bowls have a flange-type lip that I believes give them added strength/sturdiness

In view of the above, I would not recommend this set for purchasing until Cuisinart improves the design/construction.

I bought these for my daughter as she is taking a cake decorating class and needed extra bowls. She is very happy with them and believes they will hold up for years to come! Great price!

I have had these bowls for about 6 months, these is not a dent in them they are our go to bowls, we are prefer them over ceramic bowls. They are great, I have used them as double boilers, and for quick chilling in the refrigerator and ice in the sink. I love the nesting storage and this is an issue for me. Love them.

I purchases these bowls as a gift for my daughter-in-law so have not used them. However they felt like nice heavy duty strong construction ready for lots of use.

Again, I purchased this as a gift for a frien. And, as usual, Amazon came through with only the top quality that I have gotteen used to since buying from them.
