The Cuisinart cookware is a joy to behold. The cookware is made of stainless steel and has a shiny surface. The copper core helps the food to cook evenly. You do not have to use high heat to cook, in fact medium-high is sufficient. The pots are a pleasure to clean. They are dishwasher safe and shine like new. The handles do not get too hot to the touch except if the pot is placed in an oven or using a large quantity of oil. These pots and pans are relatively lightweight, particularly for someone who has hand problems. I reccomend Cuisinart pots and pans over any other any other pot or pan that I own.

Unquestionably the best set for everyday use. I've had it for a year, run it through the dishwasher every time, and it's still like new.

This is an unbelievable deal. These cook better than sets that cost double. Cooks even and efficient. And best of all, once your done cooking they can be thrown in the dishwasher without worry.

This is absolutely the finest cookware I've ever used. Cuisinart performs better than advertised. Forget Allclad and the top-dollar brands. Use Cuisinart, and you'll never waste money on the others again. I own about half the pieces Cuisinart makes, and I've been thrilled with all of them. Each cooks evenly, holds up beautifully, and yes, I shove them all in the dishwasher. What a bargain.

We've used this set now for 6 months and really like it. The non-stick and the fact that they go right in the dishwasher are great.

These pots take getting used to, though. They heat up extremely fast. Cuisinart of course warns you about this and suggests you use them on low heat only. We've had problems with guests and kids - you have to remember to tell guests that they must brown things like ground beef on low, which they are not used to. Our worst experience was with guests of our kids - all of a sudden there was a fire on the stove because the pot had been on high with olive oil in it. These things did not happen with our old pots. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages, but there is an extra duty of guidance/monitoring which you have to get used to.

After using it for a yr, the inside nonstick coating started to peel. Only used silicone cooking utensils. Rather use my circulon set.

I have a whole set of this cookware and I love it! The sauce pan has a perfect boil! The professional review is correct in saying that you need to be careful about heat. The pans are so much more efficient that you will probably almost burn something the first time you use them.
