5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate pan of happiness
What a little beauty this is. I've thrown it in the dishwasher a zillion times, and it's still bright and shiny enough that guests ooh and ahh over it when I use it on the dining table. It's the baking pan I reach for whenever I bake brownies or cake; usually the total baking time is 8 minutes less than the recipe calls for. The non-stick works so well, there's been a few...

2.0 out of 5 stars I expected better
This roasting pan is disappointing to me. The pan is attractive but it isn't very functional. The handles protrude too far out from the pan, making it handle much larger than it is. It is easy too grab the oversized handles but for all the space it takes, I'd just as soon use a larger roasting pan. Further, the bottom is domed, not flat, so it isn't a very good...

It's the baking pan I reach for whenever I bake brownies or cake; usually the total baking time is 8 minutes less than the recipe calls for. The non-stick works so well, there's been a few times when all I have to do is wipe it out with a cloth to consider it "clean". I've also roasted meats and vegetables in it--talk about crispy chicken skin!! It's the only 9x13 pan I've ever used with real handles, and they're definitely easier to grab than the skinny edges on my old pans. Yeah, [it] is pretty expensive for a pan, but it's really earning its keep in my kitchen!

This roasting pan is disappointing to me. The pan is attractive but it isn't very functional. The handles protrude too far out from the pan, making it handle much larger than it is. It is easy too grab the oversized handles but for all the space it takes, I'd just as soon use a larger roasting pan. Further, the bottom is domed, not flat, so it isn't a very good surface for making sauces or gravies from pan drippings. The one saving grace for this pan is the non-stick surface.

Hi. I've only used the pan twice so far...clean up is a breeze...looks good...

What I hadn't counted on was the slope of the sides...in other words, it's not perfectly straight...so the grid I purchased to use with it, doesn't fit...it slips and is too high.

Also, as I have a 24 inch convection oven (which means the interior is far from 24" wide, I didn't count on the handles protruding so far...so I have to use the pan on a diagonal. If there's a grill that fits this pan that's reasonable in price, I'd spring for it and give the one I purchased away. (In my zeal, I threw away the box before checking if it would fit). But pan itself is fine, and I'm sure I'll get many years of use from it.

Very poorly made. The non-stick surface came off with little use and no scrubbing. Ave your money for another product.
