After researching many different kinds of cookware and agonizing about making a decision, I finally decided to purchase the Cuisinart non-stick cookware and have been extremely pleased with the pieces I have purchased so far. This two-piece skillet set is no exception. The pans heat quickly and evenly and the handles stay cool to the touch just like the manufacurer claims. The nonstick finish is excellent,nothing sticks and when cooking is completed it is very easy to clean.

This set inludes the 8" and 10 1/4" pans which I use freqently. If purchased separtately, it would cost much more so buy the set and save!!

I bought the Cuisinart Everyday stainless (without the nonstick coating) for the bulk of my cookware pieces. But, when it comes to doing eggs and omelets, the non-stick is a true benefit. That's where this pair of pans really shine. They seem to take a tiny bit longer to come up to temperature than those without the coating, but you still need to keep the heat lower than with other cookware. My first use of the little 8" pan resulted in a *very* deep brown grilled cheese sandwich for my son's lunch. Now I know to keep it LOW -- about "3" on my electric GE range. The non-stick finish is very good, doesn't scratch easily like my old T-Fal omelet pans (I would never recommend those to anyone) and cleans up in a trice.

Guess it will have to be the non-stick round griddle for my next purchase -- I need something a bit larger to do pancakes. :)

A good deal for the combination of price/quality/shipping discount. The pans are functional, and attractive. Their heat distribution is very good, and the non-stick coating works as advertised.

Great quality!!!Food does not stick. Nice weight, not too heavy or too light, just right.

Not as good as said in the description,very uneven heating,slight overheating can spoil the pans.I am already looking for new pans.Quite unsatisfactory
