Cuisinart's TOB-40 toaster oven broiler is large enough and smart enough to present a full range of menu options. Toast four bagel halves, bake an 11-inch pizza, or broil two big open-faced sandwiches. Always Even Shade Control monitors the temperature and adjusts the timing to consistently toast to the shade selected every time. A convenient auto slide-out rack provides hands-free loading and easy removal of cooked foods. When the cooking is done, its easy to clean with its reflective nonstick coating on the oven's interior that wipes clean in seconds, which enhances heat efficiency and ensures even toasting.

Before cleaning, always allow the oven to cool completely. After cooking greasy foods and after your oven has cooled, always clean the top interior of the oven. This will help to keep toasting consistent, cycle after cycle. To remove crumbs, simply slide out the crumb tray, discard the crumbs, wipe clean and replace. The crumb tray, wire rack and baking pan are all dishwasher-safe. To remove baked-on grease, soak the tray in hot sudsy water or use nonabrasive cleaners.
Liked the size, didn't like uneven toasting top and bottom; couldn't disable the loud beeper; door developed a "hitch" in it, had to yank open, eventually breaking glass... Read morePublished 7 hours ago by jkwland
Everything is great with this toaster oven. My only 'warning' is that the buzzer that goes off when the toaster setting is finished is very loud and reminds me of a smoke alarm. Read morePublished 1 day ago by Christine Robinson
Very functional item for the kitchen. We use it all the time for everything from pot pies, to toast, pizza, bread, french fries, roasted vegetables, etc.Published 2 days ago by Reader from SF
This toaster oven replaces a 20 year old Kenmore; with only a few months service history, it functions as advertised. So can't say anything about reliability.Published 2 days ago by William Baker
So this is a great toaster oven, but it has a serious, serious flaw in the heating element. You can find tons of reviews here that say that the heating element cracks. Read morePublished 2 days ago by Mark Corner
