I purchase these knives about a year ago. I was skeptical at first, because like many others, I have had several terrible sets of knives. These knives were super sharp from the beginning and are just as sharp today! It is best to hand wash and dry them to prevent rusty spots but I usually just put mine in the dishwasher, even though it is not recommended. My friend also got the same set and loves them! I would highly recommend Cuisinart cutlery to anyone.

very nice knives,bought for mom -already cut herself 3 times---bandaids are kept with knives
