Works fine to squeeze liquid from tea bags but it's a bit difficult to use as the handle is too long to properly squeeze without being uncomfortable.

This seems to be a device with little use, since squeezing the teabag makes the tea too strong and tannic. A few people do like a lot of bitter tannin, but most people don't. The only exception is green tea and herbal tea with a weak flavor. But with most teas, squeezing the bag is unwise.
