My Cuisipro doesn't wobble and stands steady on the counter. After reading the review about the difficulty of changing rolls, I tried mine for the first time and was dismayed to find it nearly impossible UNTIL I remembered that the top is notched. You twist it slightly when you put the roll on, so you need to twist is slightly to take it off. Works like a charm. I didn't expect to be able to pull off towels with one hand as promised, but that actually works, too. A suprisingly good product.

This was a terrible purchase. Once assembled, it wobbles. Changing the paper towels is not an easy process. The design is poor. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.

This product is so annoying. Changing the paper towel roll is too hard. With just the paper towel roll(empty)to get a grip on the thing to put on a new roll was nearly impossible. I had to grab the stand through the cardboard and my hand got all sticky from the glue and the top thingy is too hard to tell if it is on correctly.

I got this item because it was an "Amazon Prime" pick. What a waste! When I opened the box, I found the base to be curved, so the whole thing wobbled on the countertop. The bar to hold the paper towels DID NOT FIT THE BASE. Sent it back and ordered the OXO paper towel holder, even though it wasn't an "Amazon Prime" pick (but it should be). DUMP THIS ITEM, DON'T BUY IT. GET THE OXO INSTEAD!!!

I bought this for my friend. It is a ok product. For the price it good to buy it.
