I bought these tongs at the same time as the rosle 9" tongs (which are amazing). The cuispro tongs are no longer around. The first time they were dropped, the black plastic locking mechanism broke off. The second time they hit the floor, they were finiched. Stuff happens at work, things fall off the counter top, People drop untensils, it just happens. Thes tongs arent sturdy, and arent meant for a commercial kitchen. Go with the 9" rosle tongs.
