I hate math and am trying to get ready for Culinary School in March so I have been reading everything I can get my hands on to help. This is a very simple book, with easy to understand examples.

1.0 out of 5 stars this book is very disappointing, July 27, 2011

After purchasing this book from amazons, I would not recommend reading this book, unless you are already good at math. There are several mathematical errors, misplaced decimals, and incorrectly written equations. I am very disappointed with the writer and publisher for not catching these elementary mistakes that can cost a lot of people there business.
