This review is from: Culinary Concepts: 100 Recipes and Tips for the Home Chef (Hardcover)
Prepared Turkey Satays with Peanut Sauce, Page 158, and was good. When I tried to find the recipe at a later date, could not find it in the index under turkey, satay, or peanut sauce. The index is not well-thought out.
