Excellent product. I ordered the Key Lime. Though it is extremely concentrated a little goes a long way. Made a great Key Lime Pie. Only complaint is the shipping. The shipping is more than the product itself. Probably won't order again.

This puree was absolutely delicious! I used it to make white chocolate raspberry cheesecakes, raspberry vinaigrette, raspberry mousse filling for cake and an accompaniment to flourless chocolate cake and lemon pound cake. The shipping costs more than the puree. As much as I love this product I may start making my own rather than spend $50+ for raspberries and sugar.

Whether you like the basic fruit smoothie or a gourmet fruit based sauce -- this is a gourmet item in its simplest and finest form. I have also tried some of the vegetable items as well. Good too.

If you've ever made your own raspberry puree, you will appreciate this product! No food mill or strainer required, no piles of goopy raspberry seeds, and no stains on your hands or countertop! Just smooth, delicious puree right from your freezer. The product quality is excellent!
