Item arrived quickly and frozen on dry ice. After sampling a thawed container, I have to say this is the best canned mango product I've tried. It was very sweet like a fresh mango should taste....NOT like the typical flavorless mango mush in heavy syrup. This would be good for anything requiring mangos from a fruit smoothie to mango nut bread to mango wine. I've got 6 gallons of mango wine going and so far so good!
I also contacted The Perfect Puree's customer service before ordering and they provided me with the information I needed on sugar content. Will definitely buy more and possibly try some of the other purees they sell.

I stumbled on this company which produces wonderful fruit purees for both commercial and home kitchens. They are not cheap - but superb quality. Take a look at their website (and no I don't get a commision)
