I purchased this book for a class that I am taking for language and culture. It was refreshing to hear something new being brought to the stage. For many nationalities, people get it wrong--they make assumptions and present them as fact. In this case, I genuinely think that Marshall made an effort to tell things as they are and not as they are perceived.
