This was FRED LOCKS best work done in the USA. I imagine the copies made available here were imported form England or elsewhere. I can only hope that authorized producers/distributors handled this grest piece of "art". This album/CD was produced by Philip Smart in NEW YORK CITY in 1995 and originally released that year. The non-recognition and non-exposure of this effort is what helped encourage FRED LOCKS to go back to his musical roots in 1996, Kingston (and St. Andrew), Jamaica, but this GREAT piece of work deserved a lot more. I play this CD in my car and home stereo systems on a regular basis for both cultural motivation and to just listen to the mellowed and matured vocals of this great singer/songwriter...A TRUE CULTURAL LYRICIST.!!
CULTURALLY INDEED!
