This review is from: Culture Conglomerates: Consolidation in the Motion Picture and Television Industries (Critical Media Studies: Institutions, Politics, and Culture) (Paperback)
As I was reading this, it seemed as if the author was just repeating himself, albeit with different information.
The topic is intriguing, but for 50 pages we just learn that the media is increasing being owned by fewer corporations. Then he goes on to show that in other ways, but it's just the same idea presented in different wording. |
