How to make a baseless arguement 101,

I had the misfortune of not only being assigned this book in class (which had to be bought new because he would not allow us to buy used) but of also being taught by the author. This book makes a wonderful example for this individual's incompetence in IR, foreign relations and history. Much in the same way he made his "arguments" in class, he makes them in this book. I put arguments in quotes because they were more like edicts than arguments in that there was no valid support made.
