Editorial Reviews

2007 release of the Hollywood band's second album presents the group with with bigger guitars, louder drums and even more contagious hooks than their smash single, No Tomorrow. Culture Vultures is brimming with Orson's pop sensibilities veering to a more raw, live studio sound. As singer Jason Pebworth puts it, 'It's a ballsy, foot to the floor, party record that comes dappled with pop hooks and shower-friendly melodies.' Universal

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Band 2008 !!!!, February 20, 2008
This review is from: Culture Vultures (Audio CD)
Orson has been on tour for a couple years in Europe and Los Angeles needs them to return to rock out with this amazing new album. The first 3 songs are great and catchy with out being cliche'.

The next songs are also great and take the band in totally different directions with out them losing their sound.

Their first album "Bright Idea" just was so hard to beat, and although this is different from that, it is a spectacular follow up to a band that the USA has yet to discover. If you are into new hip bands, and like the new sound with an edgy 80's feel plus lyrics that are stone cold brilliant, you should definitely buy two of these and give one to your best friend. Only complaint is that Orson needs to tour over here in the US more....... LA to Orson, phone home.
