21 x 28 cm (approx A4 size), 48 pages. Black and white line drawings throughout, including cover. Staple binding. Contains 41 full-page line drawings of vulvas.

The first thing that strikes me about this book is the lower quality printing and production of the book. Ok, it is designed (and priced) as a coloring-in book, but it's not a work of beauty. I think I would apprecitate the book having a better cover and binding, even if its contents are simply coloring-in pages. I guess the way it is makes it cheaper to buy multiple copies and ... color them in!

The 41 pages of vulvas do not have any text on the page. There is a simple foreword and introduction in four languages at the start, plus one page showing the location of body parts within a vulva (again in four languages), but otherwise no text.

To be honest, reading other people's comments about this book, I wonder whether they are talking about this book. "Offensive subtext"? Material of a "prurient nature"? A book of humor? Only in the sense that perhaps some people may not take a coloring in book of vulvas seriously.

Anyway, this book is an interesting companion to Femalia, which contains actual photographs of vulvas. I'd rate this book higher if it were of higher quality.

This book is so wonderful.

Nevermind the fact that i've been having a blast breaking out the crayons and coloring the beautifully drawn vaginas...
But this book helps to de-mystify and remind women (or men) of the beauty of the female parts.

This book contains about 25 drawings of flower-like genitalia. Each drawing is beutiful and unique - just in the same way that every woman is beautiful in a different way.

This book presents women's sexuality is such a matter-of-fact and positive manner. I wish all women could see this book as a child, again as a teen, and again as an adult - to remember to always be proud and never be ashamed.

the reviewers who have considered this a "gag" are missing the point. tee's wonderful book is an act of liberation, in particular for women, but finally for all people, as it allows us to fully know and love our bodies. this book certainly amuses and pokes fun at our atmosphere of fear and revulsion surrounding female genitalia, but it's not about poking fun. discover the cunt coloring book, and discover a sex-positive, woman-positive universe!!!

I bought this for my brother in law for his birthday as a joke...I'll admit it. And I tell you what it was great. Perfect for bachelor parties and for also educational for that friend you probably have that needs to understand how things function down there. Awesome book.

Ladies, let's all get together and color til our hearts content! This is a wonderful book that I wouldn't hesitate giving to my daughter (if I had one, where's the stork??). I have two copies, one that is well-worn and another that I have kept in pristine gem-mint condition. This, to me, defines neo-feminism; a movement I couldn't be prouder to count myself a member of. It's a positive influence on all of us who are proud of what we posses "down there"!

This book is a celebration of feminine individuality, power and creativity. To akoral52@hotmail.com, I suggest you stick to books that you can handle, and don't worry about what the rest of the world thinks. Just because something may not be suitable for you, does not make it bad and/or wrong. If you are worried about your children having access to things you do not wish them to see, there are many programs that you can download to excercise control over what they see on the internet. After all, it is up to YOU to decide what your kids have access to, and you cannot reasonably expect everyone else on the internet to adhere to your ideals.

This is a coloring book with full-page drawings of women's labia. Of course the artistry is suberb.

The binding and paper are far superior to what you expect with the name 'coloring book'. I was very pleasantly surprised at the print quality.

The author's comments will speak better to this book than I would -

'In 1973 I set out to do drawings of women's genitals for use in sex education groups. I wanted the drawings to be lovely and informative, to give pleasure and affirmation. I organized the drawings into a coloring book because a major way we learn to understand the world, as children, is by coloring. As adults many of us still need to learn about our external sexual anatomy.' -Tee Corinne

What a talented work! Vulva's abound. It's series of vagina's that the whole family can enjoy. Some are drawn firm, some sloppy, some have these strange flappy things reminiscent of a deep sea creature. After reading (and coloring) I no longer fear the va-jay-jay....I embrace it. So should you. Our entire family sat around the kitchen table eating a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken while coloring out of this masterpiece. Ah the memories! Instead of using crayon, Mom custom fit the vulva on page 17 with felt purchased at a local craft store, Dad made a scratch and sniff using Asian fish sauce as a base, little Tommy drew a train entering his, and Grandpa ran out of red crayon. We laughed all night!

I say bring this masterpiece to your church group or Board of Education and discuss putting it into the agenda. I think nuns would really take an interest. Priests too. Or how about Oprah's Book Club? The Detroit Public School system currently obtained a Federal grant to implement this book into the high school teaching agenda. Female students are screened and those who show promise in the "shake-what-your-momma-gave-you" department are provided with support from Federal surveyors who counsel them on career pathways. The social and economic impact on the community has been tremendous. This book saves communities. It takes a village!

Thank you Tee for making the vagina a pastoral gateway with Beethoven's 6th Symphony playing in the brush, sheep grazing within the folds, cloven hoofed and all.

the illustrations were amazingly detailed. not very paint by number at all. classic black and white lines, worthy of frame.

What more can I say ? This book is an intellectual giant, a genera which may appear once in a lucky generation. THis publication will challenge the mind and the spirit. It's depth is indescribable. Once touched by this book, the reader will be forever changed. A book of cunts. What could be added.
