The CD-single I have has a different cover photo, and two mixes each of "The Cup of Life" (English Radio edit and "The Dub of Life" mix) and "Maria" (Jason Nevins remix and Spanglish Radio edit).
This is the best work-out music. I play it when I'm weight training and I can finish one set of nine exercises in the 21 minutes the program lasts. Ricky reminds me of an important lesson every time I listen to this disc: "NOTHING CAN HOLD YOU BACK IF YOU REALLY WANT IT!!"
