This is just what I was looking for: a cookbook for my grandchildren and myself to learn and enjoy making cupcakes together. They discuss the basic skills children learn while baking also the fun they have baking and eating them. This book gives you the opportunity to include kids in the baking process so that they feel helpful and good about the endeavor and we, the parents aren't frazzled by the experience. This book gives lots of tips about baking cupcakes with kids. This little cookbook also gives you recipes for frostings go with the yummy cupcakes you bake. These are a few of the chapters in the book: Cupcakes for Kids, Dinner Party Cupcakes, Fruit and Nut Cupcakes and Healthy Cupcakes. There are such recipes as Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes, Rainy Day Cupcakes, Pink Princess Cupcakes, Peanut Butter-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes, Kit-Kat Cupcakes, Perfect Picnic Cupcakes, Baseball Butterscotch Cupcakes, Root Beer Float Cupcakes, Henry's Race Car Cupcakes, Easy Carrot Cupcakes and a section for Dinner Party Cupcakes that appeal to adults. I recommend this cookbook to anyone who likes cupcakes and cooks or has children. In my opinion this book is a difinite plus for all Moms, Grandma's, Aunts, babbysitters and etc.
