4.0 out of 5 stars Overall great for the price May 30, 2013
I bought this in my second trimester with my first pregnancy because I was getting pretty severe sciatic pain. My OB told me that a belt like this may or may not help, but for $20 it was worth a try. Overall I found that wearing this belt under my clothes did provide some support of my belly and my lower back; however, if you have to sit for long periods of time it will fold over itself in the front (under your baby bump) and that gets really uncomfortable. For my commute to/from work, for example, I had to take it off. However if you're up and about - going to the store, standing for a while at work, etc. - it can really make a difference. I also appreciated that I got this on Amazon for about $20 while others at Target were closer to $70.
