Unless you believe in gossip papers like National Inquirer, you'll find this movie a fake, and a waste of time and money.
It says it is based on real events but I can't verify them even after an intensive research on the Internet. For example, I cannot find any information regarding the building manager who head was crushed by a bathtub after peeping one of his female tenants for a long time. According to this film, it happened in Queens, New York but I found nothing that supported this claim. Not only that, it showed the guy eventually drilled a lot of peep holes on the woman's floor. Who in his right mind would do that without being fear of getting caught? In fact, it's not necessary to drill so many holes in order to peep successfully.

The re-enactment looks cheap and comical.

I agreed with a reviewer on imdb dot com who said: "The same people keep showing up as experts, though their titles shift. The conspiracy theory expert becomes a certified 'deathologist' an episode or two later." It's a bad joke.

It's more interesting and convincing to read Ripley's Believe It Or Not.

Not the greatest quality film. I would rent it instead of buying it. The movie was fair a gross topic.
