More About the Author

I come from a medical family. As a child, I asked my mother why she was not able to cure my ill father and why she was suffering from heartaches and insomnia. When I did not get an answer, I understood that medicine concerns itself only with the application of drugs. Biology is a much more comprehensive science that allows inquiring about every little detail of human body. This is why I chose biology, even though my mother wished me to study medicine.

I had once liver cirrhosis, caused by improper nutrition administered by my mother-physician. During my childhood, I frequently suffered from constipation. Spinal injuries caused me to lose sensation in my lower limbs for two years. According to doctors, I had no chance to walk again.

During my university years, I took part in a scientific expedition to the Far East where I met with Tibetan monks. Their approach to the human body is different and very interesting. I learned some secrets from them that allow diagnosing of disorders from the way people look, walk, or even wear out their shoes. I also became convinced that it is never just a single organ that is ill in a human body. When something causes us pain and we start treating it, we are fighting symptoms and do not address causes. This is why the problem can manifest itself in some other place, causing pain associated with a completely different disease. I do not treat diseases as something concrete. They are just irregularities in our body's normal functioning.

There are several factors causing damage to our health: incorrect breathing, improper eating and drinking, not enough exercise and joy of life, and also such emotions as envy, greed, or anger. We constantly have problems and dilemmas and this significantly shortens our life.

I would like to turn your attention to the fact that we know very little about our body and its close relationship with the natural environment. Our future life often depends on the method of treatment we choose in a case of a health crisis. In cases when mainstream medicine cannot offer any help, we should remember that there are natural therapies that can prove themselves very effective.

I am deeply convinced that we should be our own advisor and doctor in many situations. We need to attain enough knowledge about the way our body functions to be capable of eliminating the causes of our illness and suffering.

If, as a result of my advice, some people start feeling better, some get cured, and some realize the necessity of health maintenance, the objective of my books will be fulfilled.

I have tried many methods and remedies in my practice and selected those, which are indeed valuable and effective. They are presented here for you to explore. Please use them wisely.

I wish you good health,

Mikhail Tombak

5.0 out of 5 stars Get informed, December 3, 2006
This review is from: Cure the Incurable (Paperback)
The book is well written, and its orderly presentation is commendable. [...]

I think the main value of this book is that it will help people to wake up and take charge of their health. Research the things the author mentions -- eliminate sugar and fast food from your diet, the microwaved and/or fried dinners, hormone milk, etc, add breathing exercises and daily walking for a few miles... Simply take care of your health. And that's all BEFORE you start preparing your healing remedies, or reaching for prescription drugs. You have more control over your health than you realize. Also compare the cost of changing some of your habits to how expensive a trip to the hospital is, or a visit to the doctor or lost wages resulting from your being sick and not being able to work.

Medical doctors are only humans and they are only one source of information. Our lives and the live of our loved ones deserve more than just one source and one option. Especially when we are facing the so called "incurable diseases". This book is a reasonable start, especially if you have no clue about the chemicals you're prescribed by your doctor. And especially if your illness fall in to the category of "incurables". This book opened my eyes to what's going on and some tips on what I can do about it.

Most people would rather only have a pill to tame their diabetes or high blood pressure or high cholesterol than have to do a colon cleanse or full body cleanse. I admit that many of the procedures offered in this book can be often inconvenient, but my body and my life are worth some extra effort. Again, compare the cost of prescribed medication and medical bills to taking simple actions to improve your health -- it is a no-brainer.

Get informed! Get educated rather than medicated! In any case, read the book and then make your own decision. Don't let others decide about your health and how you are going to take care of it. But you cannot make an informed decision without getting to the source of information. So, read it first, then decide what to do in your case.

Merry Christmas!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great remedies, November 29, 2008

This review is from: Cure the Incurable (Paperback)
This is one of the best books I have ever read. I had high cholesterol and one of my fingers had a problem at the joint. I went to see my doctor and he prescribed statin drug for my cholesterol and glucosamine for my finger. The statin drug helped a little bit but the glucosamine did no help. I began searching the internet for a natural cure for my problems and I came to read the review of this book. The negative review has no foundation to show why they did not like it, but the positive reviews revealed the book in much more detail. I decided to buy the book from Amazon. I agree almost with everything the author writes in this book. I apply some remedies described in the book for my problem such as garlic extract for my cholesterol and a lemon a day for my finger. My finger healed after one week, and my cholesterol went down almost 60 points in 3 months. Now I am off statin and very happy that I have purchased this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book saved my brother life!!, July 31, 2007

This review is from: Cure the Incurable (Paperback)
Below please find the review I wrote a couple years ago

Last weekend my brother was admitted into the hospital with severe gastric pain. He had three doctors, a surgeon, gastro and another doctor

The last two doctors over rode the surgeon recommendations that there was tearing/hernia in the intestinal wall and just proceded to give him antibiotics and IV and hurry up and wait and they said it was this, then changed this to that, and then whos on first.

Five days had gone by and it was just getting worse, abdomen hard, but the doctors still said to wait to see if the antibiotic kicked in and "supposidly" the white blood count was getting down to normal

With these five days that have gone by, his liver, on an empty stomach for days, was sucreting bile, to help digest food that wasn't there thus he had a pump attached to remove this

Because I read this book I had somewhat of a basic understanding of how our intestinal system works, I contacted the adminstrator of the hospital and after they were defending their treatment I and gave them a biological review of what was in Mikail Tombaks books by saying they stopped the colon for five days, with that said the waste was fermenting and decaying in his system, backing into his bloodstream, and could be affecting the liver and the kidneys in given an amount of a short time

They again reviewed his chart, got him into the operating room WITHIN one hour of my phone call, the surgeon found the holes and a hernis ( he is a heavy coffee and pepsi drinker )repaired them and said that within 36 hours he would be past any hope of surviving

So on that being said, read up, you dont know who you can save

For many of us to read this book was sort of like taking a horse pill...hard to swallow

After I read it, I came with a very good understanding of how to help myself...It worked!!!

If we all could just have a simple understanding of how our bodies work, we would all be healthier and happier....and maybe even pill less

Our colon is our life line and is over 50% of our immune system. Over the decades, with our wonderful diets, especially white flour produts and meat, etc. it is caught in the colon, like glue. This then builds up to have a herniated/ballon bowel, then because there is no movement in the area, parasites, acid and such start to develop. Acid then is forced back into our system. Along with that the impacted bowel then need room to grow thus then your gut is then enlarging and it is also putting pressure on your other organs, causing issues with them.

The bowel should be moved at least 1-2 times a day....and if anyone thinks this is a laughing matter usually are the ones that need it most

My daughter had been complaining about headaches, IBS, diabetes, no energy etc, you know the drill....and the doctor told her she needed a brain scan, had to be on a diabetic medication. She couldn't eat much of any food, even the water bloated her up.

She was becoming very scared as nothing would help her...even my suggestion to follow what Mokhail Tombaks she thought was ridiculous, until she became scared enough of the symptoms to try it.

She started with the enemas, and not only was amazed of what was coming out but also noticed a nest of worms (we all have parasites). Her stomach became flat again and no pain and now she understands

Also, was the recommendation in the book to drink fresh juiced (not store bought) apple juice (3 days). This cleans the liver, kidneys and gallbladder and other organs. This is a fantastic cleanse
