I was truly MISLED by the reviewer who wrote that this book is full of stories and jokes about the Cure. I went through it, page by page, and there are no statements (that I can find) by anyone in the group. There are, however, some great pictures... In reality, this is just a companion piece to the compilation album Standing on a Beach - The Singles. Each song has been rearranged for piano, guitar, and voice. Not at all what I expected... What this book needs is a review by someone who has purchased the book and has actually played these arrangements. Sadly, I can't provide that... For any serious/avid collector of all things "Cure," this would be a very interesting addition. Mostly, though, this should appeal to those who would like to gather their friends, grab the guitar, sit at the piano, and hold a big Cure-hits sing-along party.

The book is in much better shape than I expected. I thought it would be full of ink and highlighter marks, but it was clear of any markings. Some of the pages are coming loose from the binding, but for the price I paid (under $5 plus s+h), I can put the loose pages in a folder!
