About the Author
Rosa N. Schyner is the founder of the Kwan Yin Center for the Healing Arts, former president of the Acupuncture Society of Arizona, and a member of the Society for Acupuncture Research. She is a research specialist at the University of Arizona Department of Psychology, where she conducts a National Institute of Health funded research project studying acupuncture as a treatment for depression. She pursues her private practice in Tucson, Arizona, where she lives with her family. <P>Bob Flaws is one of the world's best known authorities on Chinese medicine. Author, editor, and translator of over 60 books and scores of articles on all aspects of Chinese medicine, Bob is a Fellow and Governor of the National Academy of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, a founder and Lifetime Fellow of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado, and a Fellow of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (UK). He has been in private practice since 1977.
