Set was a little pricey but worked out great for a budding chef! He's enjoyed it very much. Keep up the wonderful selection.

Our 4 year old loves his chef set! All the items are the perfect size for his hands. He loves making real food with his tools and being the chef in the house.

I purchased this item directly from the manufacturer due to the fact that Amazon was out of stock and it just arrived today. In addition to the foundation set I also purchased the pizza party kit. I was very dissapointed with the pizza party set due to the cheapness of the aprons - I had incorrectly assumed they would be fabric as this set's is. Anyway, I was a bit hesitant to open this set after that dissapointment. I was so happy to see it is all perfect. The apron and mitts are thick and well made. The toque is adorable and the tools are all very well made. They are a bit bigger than I thought they would be - I thought they would be more kid sized however, I do not think this will be too much of an issue. The bowl is absolutely brilliant. In addition to the rubber footed bottom, it has a see through plastic cover with a hole in the center that will allow the child to mix in the bowl and not spill the contents everywhere. Best idea ever! The measuring cups and spoons are a bit of an odd shape - sort of a shallow oval shape. I am trying to figure out if there is a reason they are shaped that way however, I cannot think of one. I really like how the meausements are engraved and color coded on the spoons and cuos so they shan't get washed off and the rolling pin is adorable. The rolling pin is kid sized by the way.

I know out soon-to-be five year old daughter will love this when she opens it. She is already a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen and I know she has been longing for her own kitchen tools. Now, I shall never get her out of my kitchen haha!

Have two grandsons ages 2 1/2 & 4 who love to help Mom & Dad who are gourmet cooks. These tools are perfect for them as well as safe. They will also aide in understanding measures.

These are great kids tools that actually work... My daughter loves cooking with mommy using her tools. This is a great way to start teaching kids healthy habits while building lasting memories.

Was very pleased with the Curious Chef Set I gave one of my little nieces for Christmas. She has used it almost daily and loves pretend and real cooking with it.
