Curious George Hide-and-Seek PBS Shaped Animal Tab Novelty Board Book

My husband ordered this for our 22 month old daughter. We have read the book TWO TIMES and the spine has broken apart - split completely wide open. There has been no throwing of this book, only gentle handling.

But even if it had held together, I have another complaint. The title, Curious George's Hide-and-Seek, would indicate that characters are actually hidden. No such thing. It is harder to find George on each page than to locate the target "hidden" characters, each of whom is featured prominently in the picture foreground on each page.

My child is bored with this book. It would have been more appropriate when she was 6-8 months old. That said, I can't recommend this even for younger children because of the poor durability. This is one to skip.

Great hardboard book! The grandkids really liked this. Allows for interactive reading as well as alone time. The colors are excellent. I would recommend this for a 3mos to 30 mos child.

Cute book, I love hard bound books they last forever and it's easy for little hands to turn the pages.

Good for little hands to turn pages. The tabs are also great for teething :-).
