This is the first Kindle book that ever disappointed, out of more than one hundreds that I have bought. The stories are great, and I welcomed the chance to catch up on the last adventures of the Brigadier (which I missed during the late Eighties). However, something went badly wrong in formatting the Kindle version. It is missing words and whole sentences, many of with have been replaced by gibberish. I have viewed this on the IPhone, IPad and Mac Kindle apps, and on the Cloud Reader. The problem is the same on all four formats. I don't regret spending the money to get the stories, but I feel ripped off by the formatting.
