Poor customer support,

Although the software is pretty good, they have very poor customer support, sometimes taking weeks to respond. At times I've had to send multiple emails before getting a reply.
Other than that the software is pretty good, it includes a database of US, Canadian and a couple of other countries, complete with prices in several grades. |
