JEROME CREEL is a Professor of Economics, ESCP-EAP European School of Management, Paris, France, and a Deputy Director at OFCE/Sciences Po, Paris, France. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Revue de lOFCE. He is the author of a book on the EU and has published more than 40 papers in refereed journals and books.
 
MALCOLM SAWYER is Professor of Economics, University of Leeds, UK, and Pro-Dean for Learning and Teaching for the Faculty of Business. He is managing editor of International Review of Applied Economics, has authored 11 books and edited 18, has published over 70 papers in refereed journals and contributed chapters to nearly 100 books.
