I think the book provides a systematic and practical guidance for language teachers, administrators as well as curriculum developers. It is very informative based on solid research, but at the same time provides useful tools like guidelines and checklists on various issues in the field of language teaching. I especially like the section on " Providing for Effective teaching" . I also enjoy the textbook " New Interchange" by the same author.
