5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Hellhammer worship!, March 1, 2003
For those of you like myself that are a bit frustraited because you absolutely adore the legendary pre Celtic Frost, pioneering Black Metal band Hellhammer and wish they were still around. Well, Warhammer could be the answer to your prayers. These guys sound almost EXACTLY like old HH! All the wicked atmosphere, atonal riffs, pounding, simplistic drums, and deathgrunts you could ever hope for! Long live Warhammer!

5.0 out of 5 stars Im in complete awe, July 30, 2002
Warhammer are a band that pay's homage to the legendary Hellhammer(which later became Celtic Frost). I am in utter disbelief at how close and how particular they came to recreating the Hellhammer sound. From the vocals to the wammy bar dive's this band got it down pat! The production is great the song writing is top notch H.H. writing. The drums are the exact sounding drums as the hellish crossfire on wooden coffins! This band just blows my mind.

Be forwarned though. You must have a love for Hellhammer to really see were this band is coming from. Instead as seeing them as a ripoff of H.H. see them as a great tribute to highly influencing band from a legendary metal scene that changed the face of metal.
