It's been awhile since I read an actual sci-fi book, which is only because I go through phases of genres I read. This sci-fi book takes place in a parallel universe, similar to our own. Greed encompasses war plagued worlds, The Brothers Will main goal is to save these worlds from themselves. A small boy, unbeknownst to him, is recruited at a very young age and joins a fight that may not be possible to win, but The Brothers Will are driven to fight to the end. Cursed Heroes: The Beginning is a captivating book that is a engaging, quick read. If you are in the mood for sci-fi, start here.

I received a copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review. I love the sci-fi genre, primarily because it lets my imagination run wild. This story was no exception! It's of a universe at war with them relying on a 10 year old boy to save them in order to free them from their curse. A fantastic tale, richly creative, and masterfully written. It leaves you anticipating what will be in book two, I'm looking forward to it.

A little boy that almost drowns on the beach is saved and the mysterious man that saves him says him he will see him again and disappears. One day he shows up again to collect and the boy becomes a part of the collect group of Will's who try to stop wars and make peace in the world that is their only goal.

Intriguing story you have to like sci fi good read that keeps your attention and great characters
