Made of heavy nylon and a heavy hook with safty lock on it. Worked great for my needs. I cut it down to length because it was actually too long for what Im doing with it.

Works fine, 20 ft length is just right for my trailer.
Purchased at $10 from Amazon, a pretty good deal. You get just the strap, no bolt, so reuse the one from your winch. Hook is zinc coated and the spring is plenty strong so it won't come loose. |
