About the Author
CURTIS AIKENS is the host of "Pick of the Day" on the Food Network and the author of Curtis Aikens Guide to the Harvest and Curtis Cooks with Heart and Soul. In his diverse and interesting career, he has worked for produce companies in Northern California, New York, and Georgia; as a food stylist on commericals; and as the spokesperson for Del Monte Tropical Food Company.
