I love this CD. You don't think about how hard you're working while listening to this CD.

The music is very uplifting and it provides a consistent tempo of 140 beats per minute. This is great for your personal workout or for added "incentive" at Curves.

I go to Curves and this CD is great. Very Upbeat and it keeps you moving!! =)

These songs continue on my playlist on my iPod and have been there for at least 6 or 7 years and it's still going strong. I have been so happy with it, I did not know there were other volumes! I'm working on adding those to my playlists. These are a great addition to radio versions of Christian songs when you need something with a faster beat or to get past that wall when you are "done" with your workout. Just keeps you going!

This gets me moving! I can pop in this CD, set the player on 'shuffle' and start my exercise routine at home with great inspirational music. The songs are wonderfully worshipful of the LORD and get my heart working out for the right reasons, taking attention off of any vanity and onto my life as child of God, here to help this world. Can't say enough good about this music CD and it's help in my workout. It is insightful and has professional sound, not cheesy at all. WELL WORTH THE COST!

Why is this legal? This is so bad I am still cleaning up the blood from my ears as I write this. What does Curves, the workout place for women, have to do with religion? Are they some sort of cult? I don't get it. THIS IS JUST BAD. If you buy this they should throw in a free T-shirt that says "I have no taste". Why can I not give it zero stars.
