Perfect for my car,

I bought this because I have a hard time seeing the digital clock in my car without leaning forward and squinting. This little clock is the perfect size and the black hands on the white face are very easy to see. The clock comes with adhesive-backed velcro tabs which make it easy to stick on your dash. I withheld one star because you pay almost as much for shipping as for the clock itself.

While looking for small digital clocks to place above a few light switches (@ eye level) at home and at my office, I came across this little gem. After ordering a few I found them to be not only the perfect size and aesthetic, I have received many compliments and requests on where to find these clocks for applications as varied as a music studio to a lawnmower. I did have one clock failure as a result of a fall from a height of 66" to a ceramic tile floor...the clock itself remained fully functional, but the outside edge of the minute hand slipped outwardly on its stem interfering with the sweep of the second hand, as a result: time stood still. Clock was easily fixed using a heated needle to pierce a tiny hole through the acrylic crystal over the "6 0'clock" mark and gently pushed the hand back to its original elevation from the surface of the face. A drop of Elmer's re-filled the hole and fix is unnoticeable. Working fine now as if it never took the spill. Perhaps a design fix for this particular application would be to replace the hard plastic housing with a silicone/rubber bezel (like my phone) protecting the clock while holding the movement and crystal tightly together, but I'm just splitting hairs. No complaints, and very satisfied.
