Product Description

The SE Custom Semi-Hollow has the same basic appointments as the SE Custom - mahogany back, maple top, 22-fret wide-fat mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and SE humbucking pickups. The addition of a hollow chamber and modern f-hole give it a musical midrange and internal reverb that make this a very light, comfortable and versatile guitar.

As the owner of 24 electric guitars it takes alot to wake me up and get me excited. This PRS did just that! Woke me up and amde me take notice. My first thoughts when I recieved it were it seems flimsy. I couldnt have been more wrong it is a solid instrument from top to bottom. The tuners feel a bit cheap but seem to work VERY well once they get a bit of use. They were "chunky" at first use. The guitar sounds full and ready to go with no amp. When plugged it it sounds alot more powerful that it looks. It has a soft appearence ut rocks right out of that at first strum. The ridge pickup is stronger than the neck but both are fine no need to swap out here. It is a sweet little guitar My first PRS has been a great deal for me...

I been playing for five months and went to Guitar center to see if I could find a better guitar then my cheap $300 laguana (which actually is also a good guitar) I tried about 12 guitars all in this price range and I told the sales guy well I guess my $300.00 Laguana is fine I will not buy anything. He said hold on I have one last guitar for you to try! He handed me this guitar and at first I thought I am not going to be impressed the other 12 were no good so why should this impress me? I sat down and started strumming and after the second strum I said oh my god! I love this guitar! I didn't want to be too quick to buy I said let me think for one day on this. The whole day I thought nothing but I should have bought that guitar! I went back to guitar center the next day and said I want that PRS! He said let me demo it for you, I said its completely unnecessary that guitar is sold you take cash yes? I have had the guitar now for 7 months and every time I take my guitar out of the case I look at it and think what a beautiful guitar. The feel of the neck is perfect I have not at all regretted purchasing this guitar and seriously I would never sell it. Seriously it's one of the things I really care about
