I use this wedge for seated foward bends. I like the length and height. However, the width is not quite sufficient...especially the flat section across the top. I wish the entire piece (about 3" wide) was about 6" wide with a 3" level area across the top (instead of only about 1.5"). This is why I only gave it 4 stars. However, if someone needs a sturdy wedge for forward bends, this will do the job...unless you are a larger person (either overweight or large boned). Then it will not be quite wide enough.
