Triumphant Return of TTT!

I read these bogus 1 star reviews which claim that these calls are

The Touch Tone Terrorists make some of the best prank calls, even though it's really just one guy doing all the voices.

The Touch Tone Terrorists make some of the best prank calls, even though it's really just one guy doing all the voices.

Customer Care Creeps is a mini album of 7 new prank calls. While I found them funny, I don't think they are as clever and funny as the calls from the Customer Service Disasters and Customer Service Crackpots albums. Minus 1 star. In addition, the voices sound a bit strange compared to the previous albums, but that could just be me.

Also, I was a bit disappointed that many of the characters from the previous albums did not make it to this new album: Vladimir, Stu, Blade and a few others. In fact, only Jim Bob and Willie appear on Customer Care Creeps. Minus 1 star.

In the end, I still enjoyed the newest prank calls and hope to hear more in the future.

Anyone who is a fan of the TTT should buy this album. For those who are new to the TTT, I recommend starting with the older albums first: Appetite For Disruption and A Permanent Lapse of Reason.

Triumphant Return of TTT!

I read these bogus 1 star reviews which claim that these calls are

staged. This is completely ludicrous. If the touch tone terrorist

himself was actually doing the voices of the female callers on this

album then he should win an award, and do voices for the Simpsons. Not

even the "Man of 10,000 Sound Effects" could pull this off! All you have

to do is listen to Amazon's sample clips to figure out that no man is

doing these female voices. Obviously the person who posted the negative

reviews has some sort of a grudge, because this album is more of the gut

busting hilariousness that the TTT has always delivered.

As always it's the callers themselves who have dialed the wrong number,

and it's Jim Bob and Willie who slowly torment them. My favorite is when

a woman calls about her credit card bill and then Jim Bob has the gall

to accuse her of not paying a bill for an abortion (that she never had).

Her reaction is gold! Jim Bob is on fire with this effort! My other fav

is when a caller receives customer support from a convict (Willie) who

is working his last day on the job because he is scheduled to check in

to Pelican Bay prison the next day. More classic TTT insanity!

It has been a long time and I am so glad we have JunkYard Willie and Jim Bob back even if it is only for these few items, but I am so glad to hear new stuff and I recommend this to all of you or you will get your head hit with a hubcap!

5.0 out of 5 stars CORRECTION, and I Sincerely Apologize..., September 17, 2010

Please allow me to apologize for my previous review. Here's what happened...

What I first heard was the "alternate" release of this album, in which TTT did ALL of the voices himself - including the victims. He did this to throw off illegal downloaders.

I read about this online, and thought that maybe it was a trick to make people disbelieve negative reviews, and trick them into buying the album. To be sure, I bought one of the tracks to compare, and hello, I was wrong.

I bought the album; All of the calls are real, and the victims are NOT voiced by TTT. I was terribly wrong and severely misrepresented this album.

I'm so sorry, TTT. I badly and illegitimately insulted you. I'm an ass, and I regret my foolish and impulsive writings. Not that it matters, but I still love you and your work. Thank you for all the laughs :)

Bought this new cd and was bored by the third call. Not worth your time. The older cds were funnier. Its just by now, its boring and stale. He should have stayed retired.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fake Pranks!, March 21, 2011

I just listened to this EP. I must say it is QUITE obvious that these are fake pranks. The "victims" are the same lady and the male "victim" is Stu Jaimison's voice. Anyone who knows TTT well should have been able to spot this immediately. I hope the 6th installment (if there ever is one) has actual REAL pranks on it like the first 4 disks did. I'm extremely disappointed. It is obvious from beginning to end that these are not real pranks in any way, shape or form. How disappointing....
