Is Customer Always the King?,

While is clealry foolish to assume that the custioomer is always king, I think it is fair to say that we need put the customer at the centre of our enterprise. This book sets out to show you how you can do this. Written pre-twitter it could probably do with a little updating but the principles are still sound
